The company will consolidate its three Houston-area locations into the new space&nbsp;in the fourth quarter of 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 15414 International Plaza Drive, the Class A property was built in 1999 and features 24-foot clear heights, 22 dock-high loading doors, a 4.5-acre fenced truck yard and 16,000 square feet of office space. The location provides convenient access to interstates 45 and 59, as well as Beltway 8.<\/p>\n<p>Evoqua&nbsp;currently occupies approximately 45,000 square feet within the 42-building World Houston Business Park. The Pittsburgh-based company is a water treatment provider offering solutions to municipalities and international industrial customers.<\/p>\n<p>JLL Vice President David Buescher and Associate Geoff Perrott worked on behalf Evoqua in the lease negotiations.
