VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells a variety of brand-name products, agreed to occupy 416,891 square feet to serve as the company&#8217;s order fulfillment location. The tenant is scheduled to move into the space in August.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The facility is located on a 43-acre site in Hutchins, Texas, at 1200 W. Wintergreen Road. The building features 36-foot clear ceiling heights and parking for 211 trailers and 360 cars. The 754,897-square-foot property has a remaining 337,406 square feet available for lease. This lease marks the first for Core5 in the Dallas market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Managing Director Mark Collins and Executive Managing Director Adam Campbell of Cushman &amp; Wakefield represented VMInnovations in the lease negotiations. Executive Vice President Matt Elliott of NAI Robert Lynn represented Core5.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;With immediate gateway access to north and southbound travel, the site has excellent access to the DFW metro&#8217;s major thoroughfares\u2014interstates 45, 20 and 35E\u2014which are used for both local and regional distribution,&#8221;<\/em> said John Leinbaugh, vice president investments for Core5, in a prepared statement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Core5 Industrial Partners <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/empire-distribution-to-relocate-atlanta-hq\/\">sold a $36.7 million&nbsp;newly constructed industrial asset<\/a> near Atlanta&nbsp;to Empire Distributors, a beverage distributor.
