Main St., the property is the former Ingersoll Rand manufacturing plant. <span class=\"xn-location\">The facility will undergo extensive renovations to become a Class A modernized property.&nbsp;The interior of the plant is divisible for multi-tenant occupancy.&nbsp;Ingersoll Rand completed a series of significant upgrades on the office area.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xn-location\"><em>&#8220;<\/em><\/span><em>We were greatly touched by the facility&#8217;s deep history and significance to the city of&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">Athens<\/span>,&#8221;<\/em> said&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-person\">David Marks<\/span>,&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">Phoenix&#8217;s<\/span>&nbsp;president &amp; CEO, in a prepared statement. <em>&#8220;<span class=\"xn-location\">Phoenix<\/span>&nbsp;will revitalize the property and aggressively market the vacant space to high-quality&nbsp;<span id=\"spanHghltab06\">companies.&#8221;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Last month, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/phoenix-investors-grabs-14m-industrial-portfolio\/\">purchased a $13.5 million industrial portfolio<\/a> totaling 1.1 million square feet from Industrial Realty Group.
