The deal marks Hunter Street\u2019s first investment since launching in January 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 1262 Concannon Blvd., the office park is near Freeway 84, which connects to Interstate 580, located less than five miles to the north. San Jose is roughly 30 miles south of the Livermore asset, accessible via Interstate 680. The 10-building asset was constructed in 1978 and occupies 13.5 acres.
