Crossroads Parkway<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Duke Realty has sold its 144,982-square-foot industrial facility in Bolingbrook, Ill., to Neuco, a distributor of HVACR replacement parts. The buyer, which was looking for a new headquarters to relocate its 130 employees from Downers Grove,Ill., paid $9.4 million for the asset, according to information available on real estate database Yardi Matrix.<\/p>\n<p>The asset is located at 515 W. Crossroads Parkway, two miles from the interchange between interstates 355 and 55. Built in 2000 on a 7.5-acre site, the facility features 24-foot clear heights, one grade-level loading door, seven dock-high doors, insulated ceilings and ESFR fire sprinklers. The parking lot can accommodate up to 96 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>NAI Hiffman&nbsp;appointed Executive Vice Presidents John Whitehead and Jeff Fischer to represent the buyer in the transaction. The brokerage company is also the leasing agent for the nearby <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/ct-kicks-off-125m-industrial-project-in-chicago\/\">Interstate 55 Logistics Park.<\/a>&nbsp;Lee &amp;
