Gutter will be replacing Kamyar Vaghar, who occupied the position for two years, and will be based in New York City.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new president joined IWBI in 2016 as chief product officer, after almost 10 years spent with U.S. Green Building Council, where she served as senior vice president &amp; founding director of the Center for Green Schools. While at IWBI, Gutter helped bring the latest version of WELL to the market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>For more than a year, she tirelessly sought the input of the global WELL community across all disciplines, then systematically channeled that input into a rating system that\u2019s more equitable, global, simpler, clearer and designed for improved return across every metric<\/em>,\u201d said CEO Rick Fedrizzi in a prepared statement. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of Tufts University, Gutter is a co-chair of the Garrison Institute\u2019s Board of Directors and serves on the Advisory Board of Paul Hawken\u2019s Drawdown Project aiming to reverse global warming.
