The company worked on behalf of the seller, a South Carolina-based private owner.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 3400 Broad River Road, the storage facility offers access to interstates 20 and 26 and is within nine miles of downtown Columbia. Approximately 116,000 people live within a five-mile radius, with an average income of nearly $44,000, Yardi Matrix data shows. Built in 2008, the three-building property occupies 3.7 acres and comprises 382 climate- and non-climate-controlled units, ranging in size from 25 to 300 square feet. Features of the asset include digital keypad entry, security cameras, perimeter fencing and truck rental options.<\/p>\n<p>Dale Eisenman of Midcoast Properties represented the seller and had the listing to market the self-storage property.
