The South Carolina Coordinating Council for Economic Development set aside a $500,000 grant for York County to help with costs related to site preparation and building construction.<\/p>\n<p>According to Woodley, Savills Studley helped RoundPoint look for a new locale and assisted in bringing about the site selection and strategic planning process, and believes the live-work-play environment that the Lincoln Harris\/Cato partnership planned is perfect for the mortgage servicer company.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhen we started this process with the strategic planning leadership of RoundPoint, we looked at a number of properties in a number of states,\u201d<\/em> he said. <em>\u201cCurrently, they are spread out in three buildings in Charlotte in one business park and that presents certain challenges.
