Located at 4800 North Federal Highway, the three-story property spreads across a 0.4-acre parcel.<\/p>\n<p>The Holy Cross Hospital, Overlook Pointe Luxury Apartments, Capital Bank, Ripon Food Market, Lighthouse Point Gym, Exxon, Acacia Animal Hospital and Alvatour Vacations are all located nearby. The 13,851-square-foot property offers easy access to Sample Road, N. Dixie Highway, S.E. 10<sup>th<\/sup> Street, E. Hillsboro Boulevard and S. Ocean Drive.<\/p>\n<p>CBRE Senior Vice President David Wigoda and Sean Kelly, financial analyst, represented the Fort Lauderdale General Employees\u2019 Retirement System in the negotiations. <em>\u201cThe building\u2019s location along federal highway across from Holy Cross Hospital made it a very attractive opportunity to numerous local investors,\u201d<\/em> said Wigoda in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cUltimately, the high volume of interest and demand we encountered led to the building selling for the full asking price.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In another recent deal, CBRE\/New England <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cbre-new-england-arranges-sale-of-ri-mob\/\">arranged the $1.8 million sale of 1635 Mineral Spring Avenue<\/a>, a Class B medical office building in North Providence, R.
