The travel and lifestyle brand will occupy the building\u2019s entire lower and third floor, as well as space on the second floor, relocating from 419 Lafayette St., in order to accommodate its business expansion.<\/p>\n<p>The 140,000-square-foot, five-story office building, also known as 503-511 Broadway, is in SoHo. Nearby amenities include retailers, banks, museums, cafes and various accommodation and public transportation options.<\/p>\n<p>The landlord recently renovated the asset and implemented a white box, which highlights its 15-foot-high exposed ceilings, exposed brick walls and archways, hardwood floors and cast-iron columns. Additionally, HSRC added a new lobby on the Broadway side of the building. Notable tenants include\u00a0Heng Sang Realty and Zara, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/zara-unveils-manhattan-flagship-store\/\">occupies nearly 50,000 square feet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Newmark Knight Frank President of New York Tri-State Region David Falk, Senior Managing Director Eric Cagner, Associate Director Jon Franzel and Associate Alex Leopold represented the owner in the transaction.
