Hart Capital CEO Tanya Little arranged the financing.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will feature eight stories, and interior amenities will include oversized windows, 55-inch TVs and bright showers. Common-area amenities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a 2,880-square-foot lobby<\/li>\n<li>breakfast bar<\/li>\n<li>24-hour Eat &amp; Sip market<\/li>\n<li>free Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<li>fitness center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Strategic Location<\/h2>\n<p>Projected as the largest Tru by Hilton in the U.S., the property will be located on Westbrook Boulevard. Orange County Convention Center, Hyatt Regency Orlando, Days Inn by Wyndham Orlando Conv. Center, Hilton Orlando, Extended Stay America Orlando Sports Complex and Extended Stay America Orlando are all located nearby.
