Business Property Trust traded the property to a private investor, according to Yardi Matrix. Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s self-storage team represented the seller and secured the buyer in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 3316 Hansboro Ave., the Oak Cliff Bargain Storage is near Interstate 35E, approximately eight miles from downtown Dallas. The area is densely populated; more than 144,000 people live within a three-mile radius, with an average income of around $39,000.<\/p>\n<p>The five-building facility, which was built in 1973 and last renovated in 2015, comprises units ranging in size from 40 to 300 square feet.
