lease at 830 Potomac Circle, a four-story medical office building in\u00a0Aurora, Colo., with its owner, Northstar Commercial Partners.\u00a0With this new tenant, Northstar has filled the entire 113,568-square-foot building, taking the asset,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/northstar-commercial-partners-acquires-former-aurora-medical-pavilion\/\">following the 2014 acquisition<\/a>, from completely vacant to fully occupied.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis building will allow Children\u2019s Hospital the right office and medical space to meet their growing needs, while providing them with excellent signage and exposure on I-225 between Colfax and 6th\u00a0Ave., near the Fitzsimmons Medical Campus where Children\u2019s Hospital already has a major presence,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Brian Watson, Northstar\u2019s founder &amp; chairman, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<h2>Community care<\/h2>\n<p>With more than 3,000 pediatric experts on staff at 16 locations in the state, Children\u2019s Hospital of\u00a0Colorado\u00a0is noted for serving the entire state effectively as well as many from throughout the region and the U.S. The hospital has been dedicated exclusively to kids for more than 100 years.<\/p>\n<p>According to Watson, Northstar couldn\u2019t be more eager for the opportunity to provide this space for its new tenant, as they are one of the most trusted and quality champions of the community and the move is projected to bring in hundreds of jobs to the area.<\/p>\n<p>Matt Smith\u00a0of Vector Property Services and\u00a0Gabe Uhrig\u00a0of Northstar represented the owners in the lease transaction, while Bob Whittelsey\u00a0of Colliers International represented the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>In February, Northstar Commercial Partners <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/corporex-sells-denver-cbd-office-asset\/\">acquired Offices at the Art<\/a>, a 52,000-square-foot property in Denver\u2019s CBD, for $17.1
