KBS first purchased the building from Equity Office Properties Trust in December 2014 for $116.7 million. The LEED Gold certified property offers 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and is home to tenants such as Citibank, Cushman &amp; Wakefield, Kidder Mathews and Adobe. The Class A, Energy Star awarded office asset offers access to the following amenities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>conference center<\/li>\n<li>tenant lounge<\/li>\n<li>fitness center<\/li>\n<li>outdoor terrace<\/li>\n<li>fire pit and grill<\/li>\n<li>four-level parking garage<\/li>\n<li>electric car charging stations<\/li>\n<li>dry cleaning services<\/li>\n<li>freight elevators and loading docks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201cWe believe BPM will be fully-supported for optimal success in their new location at 10 Almaden,\u201d<\/em> said Brent Carroll, senior vice president &amp; asset manager for KBS, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield&#8217;s Tom Hogan and Nick Lazzarini represented BPM in the lease transaction, while Erik Hallgrimson, Todd Beatty and Bob Simpson represented KBS REIT III.
