The firm selected JLL Executive Managing Director David Knee and Managing Directors Christopher Hile and Dean Brody as the exclusive leasing agents for the upcoming facility.<\/p>\n<p>The landlord will erect the building at 440 Franklin Turnpike, on a 7.8-acre parcel located along the busy Route 17 corridor<em>.<\/em> The site currently contains a vacant 108,000-square-foot office building completed in 1960 and set for demolition in June. The project is slated for completion in the summer of 2019 and will feature:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6,000 square feet of office space<\/li>\n<li>36-foot clear height<\/li>\n<li>50- by 47-foot column span<\/li>\n<li>fire suppression systems<\/li>\n<li>ample trailer parking<\/li>\n<li>15 tailgate doors<\/li>\n<li>two drive-ins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201c<em>When completed, 440 Franklin Turnpike will be the only Class A, modern distribution center in this submarket<\/em>,\u201d Hile said in a prepared statement. \u201c<em>This is a tremendous opportunity to lease a state-of-the-art logistics facility. The property is ideally located near major transportation routes.
