As COO, he will develop, implement and refine processes and increase the company\u2019s visibility locally and nationally.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Blakemore is also a Lean industry expert and holds&nbsp;more than 24 years of construction industry experience. In his new position, he will focus on expanding the firm\u2019s footprint across market sectors, geographies and projects.
