Cushman &amp; Wakefield represented Prologis while another team of brokers from NKF worked on behalf of the land owner, Hill Mechanical.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution facility is part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/ridge-acquires-11-acres-in-chicago-for-spec-industrial-project\/\">Chicago O&#8217;Hare industrial market<\/a>. Located at 10800-10900 Belmont Ave., it spans 600,000 square feet, approximately 92,000 of which are occupied by K2 Express. The asset features 17 exterior docks, 48 trailer stalls and 8,000 square feet of office space. It can be reached via Interstate 294 and is within minutes from Chicago O\u2019Hare International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The brokers involved in the deal were Cushman &amp; Wakefield&#8217;s Leasing Associate Scott Gibbel, NKF\u2019s Executive Managing Director Brian Carroll who represented K2 Express, and NKF\u2019s Vice Chairmen Steve Levitas and Bob Chodos who worked on behalf of Hill Mechanical.<\/p>\n<p><em>Image via Google Street View <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the long-term agreements represents a renewal and expansion lease at a multi-tenant, Prologis-owned building in Franklin Park, Ill.
