A partnership between Hudson Capital Group Principal Steve Hudson and Marker Construction Group Principals Grey and Peggy Marker acquired the asset from Thomas Miller, trustee of The Miller Family Trust.<\/p>\n<p>Located on a 1.4-acre site at the corner of Federal Highway and S.E. 6th Street, the property consists of 25,000 square feet of office and retail buildings. Miller Construction Co., Thermae Retreat and other tenants currently occupy the property. Miller Construction will remain on the property under a sale-leaseback agreement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is a very prominent and key corner on Federal Highway in close proximity to Las Olas Boulevard and the center of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The new owners will continue operating the property in its current form.
