As of Aug. 2, Health Care REITs had the highest average SNL AFFO payout ratio estimate for year-end 2017, at 88.6 percent. Industrial REITs followed with an 86.9 percent payout ratio. On the other hand, the Specialty sector was at the bottom of the chart posting a 69.2 percent. SNL AFFO payout ratio estimate for the same period. Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc., a Hotel REIT, recorded a 398 percent SNL AFFO payout ratio estimate, the highest among US REITs. Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc., a Multifamily REIT ranked second with a 195.9 percent AFFO payout ratio estimate.<\/p>\n
