The acquisition featured six Class A buildings and two development sites, all of which are located along Interstate 95 from the Exit 8A submarket north to the Meadowlands. The rear-load building features 36-foot clear height, two 12-foot by 14-foot drive-in doors, a 130-foot trailer court, 42 nine-foot by 10-foot dock doors, 55-foot by 44-foot bay spacing and parking for 89 cars and 11 trailers.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield&#8217;s\u00a0Chuck Fern represented both Duke Realty and RAB Lighting in the deal.
