Bellomy &amp; Co. represented the seller, an Omaha-based developer and procured the buyer. The property marks Public Storage\u2019s second self-storage facility on the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/under-the-radar-2018-top-markets\/\"> Omaha market<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 20809 Cumberland Drive, the facility occupies 5.8 acres near State Route 6,\u00a0 roughly 13 miles west of Omaha. Nearly 91,000 people live within a five-mile radius, with an average household income of approximately $100,000.<\/p>\n<p>The 11-building asset was completed in 2016 and offers 802 storage units, ranging in size between 25 and 360 square feet, according to Public Storage&#8217;s website. The facility offers climate-controlled indoor units and outdoor storage space with drive-up access.
