Roosevelt Road, Forest Park, Ill.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>NAI Hiffman has secured a new tenant for Forest Park Plaza, a retail center in Forest Park, Ill., owned by a subsidiary of Living Word Christian Center. Local grocer Living Fresh Market will anchor the eastern wing of the mall, replacing Ultra Foods, which closed last year. The business has closed an agreement for 70,211 square feet and invested more than $2.5 million in upgrading the space. In return, it will receive several reimbursements from the Village of Forest Park over the next seven years.<\/p>\n<p>Forest Park Plaza, one of the several <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/sus-america-expands-chicago-operations\/\">Chicago commercial properties<\/a> leased by NAI Hiffman, is located at 7520 W. Roosevelt Road, approximately 10 miles from downtown Chicago.
