United Properties revealed a new design for the 33-story building. According to <em>StarTribune<\/em>, the million-square-foot tower\u2014valued at approximately $330 million\u2014will include office space, a Four Seasons hotel and residential condos.<\/p>\n<p>Located on 3<sup>rd<\/sup> St., between Nicollet and Hennepin avenues, RBC will occupy approximately 310,000 square feet. The Gateway will feature a 275-key, five-star hotel, Class A office space, approximately 18 condominiums on the top floors, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, street-level retail space, underground parking and a private outdoor terrace.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;There is still work to do to get this done, but I would say it&#8217;s a breakthrough\u00a0\u2026\u00a0for downtown. It&#8217;s been many years since it has had a tower with Class A office (space), hotel and condos,&#8221;<\/em> President &amp; CIO of United Properties Bill Katter<i>\u00a0<\/i>told\u00a0<em>StarTribune<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Construction is slated to begin in spring 2019 and be completed in 2021.
