Springdale Road, the 431,035-square-foot property was fully-leased to an undisclosed Fortune 500 retailer. Constructed in 2017, the facility features 32-foot ceilings, 34 dock doors, four drive-in doors, T-5 high-bay fluorescent lighting, 52-by-50-foot column spacing, 98 dock positions and an ESFR sprinkler system.\u00a0The asset is located one mile from Interstate 77 and 25 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.<\/p>\n<h2>Well-positioned, high-quality asset<\/h2>\n<p>Upon completion, LegacyPark West\u00a0will comprise three industrial buildings, which will be constructed in phases. An additional 126,000 square feet of high-cube warehouse and distribution space in the park is occupied by Elite Logistix and was also leased by Avison Young.<\/p>\n<p>Avison Young Principal &amp; Managing Director Christopher Skibinski\u00a0and\u00a0Senior Associate Henry Lobb represented the building owner,\u00a0Graham Commercial Properties (GCP), in the transaction.
