In these new positions, Correale and Nooney will be supervising the company\u2019s local operations. They will both be reporting to Arden Karson, senior managing director for the South Florida region.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Correale joined the CBRE team in 2015. Overseeing sales management, business development growth strategies, training, recruiting and client care initiatives, he also serves as the firm\u2019s senior sales director for Florida.\u00a0Having been with the company for more than 10 years, Patricia Nooney leads CBRE\u2019s Asset Services division in the state, providing management, leasing and financial services to office, industrial and retail properties owners. Nooney has more than 200 management and engineering professionals under her supervision.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSouth Florida is an incredibly dynamic region, with each county having its own identity and defined market fundamentals,\u201d<\/em> said Karson, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cThe markets are growing at unprecedented rates and our professionals are effectively expanding our footprint throughout the region.
