The facility marks the first building developed by the joint venture of Majestic Realty and Tejon Ranch Co. Dollar General has been a tenant of the center for six years and currently operates from a separate building. The new lease increases its footprint by approximately 40 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Tejon Ranch Commerce Center is located at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Highway 99, roughly within one hour of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/socal-and-whats-next-for-industrial-real-estate\/\">Los Angeles basin<\/a>. The Class A cross dock facility features 36-foot clear height, seven-inch floor slab and an ESFLR sprinkler system.
