Bulgarelli, Ventas Inc.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ventas Inc. has named Peter Bulgarelli executive vice president of Office, president &amp; chief executive officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services Inc., effective April 9, 2018. Bulgarelli will lead the company&#8217;s\u00a0integrated 25 million-square-foot ambulatory medical office building and university-based life science portfolio.\u00a0Bulgarelli will serve as a member of the Ventas executive leadership team, report to Chairman &amp; Chief Executive Officer Debra Cafaro, and will be based at the Chicago headquarters office.<\/p>\n<p>Todd Lillibridge, Ventas\u2019s current executive vice president of medical property operations,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/ventas-appoints-new-leader\/\">president &amp; CEO of Lillibridge Healthcare Services<\/a>, will remain at Ventas. He will ensure Bulgarelli\u2019s onboarding and integration with health systems, employees and partners, and will thereafter represent the company on selected strategic initiatives and innovation projects.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Ventas, Bulgarelli had a 28-year career at JLL, where he served as executive managing director of industries and was responsible for\u00a0overseeing the integrated services for healthcare, life sciences, healthcare, government and higher education, including academic medical centers. Bulgarelli\u2019s client experience included Kindred Healthcare, Adventist Health, Main Line Health and several Fortune 100 companies.
