\"\"<\/a>Fall means cooler weather, the changing of the leaves and the announcement of new products from the biggest names in tech. As a leader in the real estate technology space, we\u2019ve compiled a list of some of the new tech you can expect to see in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Wearable Tech<\/span><\/h4>\n

There has been a lot of talk about wearable technology, and this week at Europe\u2019s IFA tech conference, Samsung introduced us to the Galaxy Gear smartwatch. The smartwatch is capable of making and receiving phone calls using voice control, sending and receiving SMS texts and snapping \u201cvisual memos\u201d with a its memographer, an outward facing camera. It\u2019s not designed as a new standalone product, but instead it will work as a companion device for existing Samsung phones and tablets.<\/p>\n

Chip maker Qualcomm also introduced their Toq smartwatch this week and Apple is expected to announce their much anticipated smartwatch at their September 10th event.<\/p>\n

More Smartphones<\/span><\/h4>\n

It wouldn\u2019t be a product announcement season without a slew of new smartphones to put on our holiday wishlists. The offerings this season include a range of budget iPhones from Apple and to an even larger \u201cPhablet\u201d (phone tablet) from Samsung.<\/p>\n
