The space will house more than 900 desks and operate in addition to the firm\u2019s Chinatown office at 718 Seventh St. N.W.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Transwestern Executive Vice President Joe Michel and Senior Vice President Scott Fetterolf represented the building landlord. JLL\u2019s Vice President Zach Boroson and Senior Vice President Andy O\u2019Brien represented WeWork in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOur goal is to be strategic in finding the very best opportunities for WeWork to continue the momentum that they have built in the area.
