{"id":1004211046,"date":"2018-03-22T05:09:13","date_gmt":"2018-03-22T13:09:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/?p=1004211046"},"modified":"2022-12-06T05:53:21","modified_gmt":"2022-12-06T13:53:21","slug":"socal-mixed-use-project-breaks-ground","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/socal-mixed-use-project-breaks-ground\/","title":{"rendered":"SoCal Mixed-Use Project Breaks Ground"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Alex Ciorogar<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Level 3 Construction, a Vista, Calif.-based company specializing in hospitality renovation and construction, has broken ground on SALT, a five-story, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/bridge-holland-to-develop-2-san-diego-mixed-use-projects\/\">mixed-use project in Oceanside, Calif.<\/a> The project began as a public\/private partnership between Pelican Communities and the City of Oceanside to build 335 public parking spaces and a mixed-use project on a surface parking lot. While Phase I\u2014the parking lot development\u2014was finalized late last year, Phase II involved preliminary budgeting and preconstruction services for the retail and residential part of the project.<\/p>\n<p>The 52-unit, mixed-use, mid-rise property will feature ground-floor retail space and four additional stories of residential living space. The project will also include rooftop decks and the nautilus shell torazzo entry.
