(PECO) has bought the Shoppes of Lake Village, a 135,437-square-foot grocery-anchored <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/tscg-arranges-sale-of-orlando-regional-shopping-center\/\">shopping center in Leesburg, Fla<\/a>., which sees more than 35,000 vehicles per day.<\/p>\n<p>Publix anchors the retail center, with Advance Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, H&amp;R Block, Bon Worth, Wells Fargo Bank and Wireless Unlimited being\u00a0some of its other tenants. Located at 10601 U.S. Highway 441, South Duncan Drive is easily accessible from the property. Via Port Florida Mall and Home Depot are also located nearby.
