CBRE Brokers Brian Ashby and Sydney Dixon will oversee selecting locations for the 30 restaurants it will open this year. The company also plans to open 100 restaurants in 2019 and 2020, focusing on Sunbelt markets including locations in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, Chicago and Oklahoma City.<\/p>\n<p>Salata currently has more than 70 corporate-owned and franchise locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Georgia and Southern California. Spaces are 2,800 square feet on average.
