The building was leased to a large home improvement retailer and CTDI, a global engineering, repair and logistics company.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at 3900 Brandon Road, the building comprises 751,622 square feet and is situated within the CenterPoint Intermodal Center-Joliet\/Elwood.\u00a0The home improvement retailer signed a 15-year, six-month lease for 250,309\u00a0square feet of the facility, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3,600 square feet of office<\/li>\n<li>36-foot clear heights<\/li>\n<li>28 dock doors<\/li>\n<li>64 parking spaces<\/li>\n<li>629 trailer stalls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CenterPoint will also construct 591 new trailer parking stalls for the tenant on an additional 29.7 acres.
