NAI Partners negotiated the purchase on behalf of the buyer.\u00a0The 151,835-square-foot property marks the second building in ManhattanLife&#8217;s real estate portfolio.\u00a0The company\u00a0also owns 10777 Northwest Freeway, which is now the location of its current headquarters.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jon Silberman of NAI Partners arranged the transaction, while Boxer was represented in-house by Jay Nowlin.
