The property is scheduled for completion in summer 2019 and will be the city&#8217;s tallest building.<\/p>\n<p>The asset will comprise 220,000 square feet across nine stories. Traverse Ridge Center III will offer 25,000-square-foot floorplates and is part of the larger 22-acre Traverse Ridge Center development. The third property constructed within the park, the project also include an on-site Staybridge Suites hotel and UTA stop with direct shuttle service to FrontRunner Station. A total of 50,000 square feet of the building has been reserved for an anchor tenant.\u00a0Traverse Ridge Center III is located at the intersection of Triumph Boulevard and SR 92, close to Interstate 15.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Smith,\u00a0Kreg Peterson,\u00a0James Mecham\u00a0and\u00a0Laurie Adair\u00a0of\u00a0CBRE\u00a0will work\u00a0as exclusive leasing agents for the building.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><em>\u201cTraverse Ridge Center is in a prime location in one of the fastest-growing areas in the state.
