The tenant will occupy a full building within the Class A industrial complex.<\/p>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 Waters agreed to move into the 257,074-square-foot Building 3 of ALP, located at 8501 N.W. 80<sup>th<\/sup> St. The first phase of the project consists of four buildings: the first three facilities have already been delivered and the fourth is a proposed 106,600-square-foot\u00a0built-to-suit facility. Building 1 is fully leased to Neutralogistics and Eco Windows, while Building 2 includes 280,134 square feet of available space.<\/p>\n<h2>Strategic location<\/h2>\n<p>Located east of Northwest 87<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and immediately north of Northwest 74<sup>th<\/sup> Street, ALP features <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/duke-adds-tenant-to-miami-industrial-logistics-center\/\">warehouse and distribution space<\/a> with clear heights up to 32 feet, a 190-foot concrete truck court and ample parking. The property is proximate to Miami International Airport and Port Miami.<\/p>\n<p>The Cushman &amp; Wakefield team of Executive Director Wayne Ramoski, Director Gian Rodriguez and Senior Associate Skylar Stein represented landlord L&amp;B Realty Advisors.
