The tenant will expand from its original 30,164-square-foot space and will occupy the seventh and eighth floors of the property.<\/p>\n<h2>Upgraded\u00a0office space<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 302 Knights Run Ave., in Tampa\u2019s waterfront community of Harbour Island, Two Harbour Place was completed in 1998. According to Yardi Matrix, landlord Crocker Partners refurbished the building in 2015. Amenities include on-site property management and maintenance, covered parking with a ratio of four spaces per 1,000 square feet, concierge and security services, full-time day porter and auto detailing.<\/p>\n<p>JLL Senior Vice Presidents Caleb Lewis and John Heald represented the tenant, while Senior Vice Presidents Jim Moler and Deana Beer assisted the landlord in the lease negotiations. Equinix, a global\u00a0interconnection\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/equinix-expands-dc-footprint\/\">data center company<\/a>, needed more space to accommodate its workforce and operations.
