The sale was subject to a $21 million loan held by UBS, according to Yardi Matrix. The previous owner, Daimler Trucks North America, has been the sole tenant at the property since 2008 and recently extended its lease for another 10 years through 2028.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2477 Deerfield Drive, the 150,164-square-foot LEED-certified asset comprises three floors and was constructed in 2008.\u00a0The property is located in the\u00a0<span class=\"xn-location\">Charlotte, N.C.,<\/span> metro region and serves as the east coast operational hub for Daimler Trucks North America.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The Daimler Building presented an excellent opportunity for us to expand our portfolio of well-located, triple-net-lease, income-producing properties,&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>said Ken Carpenter, managing director of CPI, in prepared remarks. <em>&#8220;We are looking to acquire similar, operationally significant assets.
