LLC has hired Andy Heard as its new president of commercial development\u00a0&amp; partner. In his new role, he will oversee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hines-novak-brothers-plant-sheraton-flag-in-texas\/\">development and procurement tactics<\/a> of commercial assets.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, he worked at Hines Interests as managing director &amp; city leader for Austin and San Antonio. From 2000 to 2002, he also served as an analyst for HFF. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Heard was also involved in acquisition and asset management, specializing on pursuing and executing new development opportunities. His portfolio includes\u00a0deals totaling more than $550 million in office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hospitality.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAndy\u2019s incredible knowledge of commercial real estate coupled with exceptional business savvy and leadership skills makes him a huge asset,\u201d<\/em> said Jeff Novak, founder &amp; CEO of Novak Bros.
