The company bought the property in 1996 for an undisclosed price. JLL Executive Vice President Ryan Matthews will be leading the marketing efforts for the property.\u00a0The Tarrant County assessor\u2019s office most recently evaluated the asset at roughly $10 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at 810 Houston St., the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/historic-fort-worth-office-asset-changes-hands\/\">iconic Fort Worth tower<\/a> features 119,846 square feet of rentable office space. Built in 1920, the 20-story property also features an adjacent 32,000-square-foot lot\u00a0that currently accommodates approximately 100 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<h2>Development\u00a0opportunity<\/h2>\n<p>The Fort Worth Convention Center and Sundance Square are located nearby.
