Rapt Studio has been tapped to assist with the space&#8217;s architectural designs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0205,522-square-foot Class A building features 12 stories and 33,694 square feet of retail on the first and second floor. Built in 1967, the property was last renovated in 2007 and is home to other tenants including H&amp;M, The Coffee Bean &amp; Tea Leaf, U.S. Bank, j2 Global and American Apparel. Hudson Pacific acquired the asset back in 2011 from CIM Group for $50.3 million, according to Yardi Matrix.
