Dubbed West Towne Marketplace, the shopping center has announced its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/anchors-away-the-good-news-about-big-box-closings\/\">anchor tenant<\/a>\u2014Flix Brewhouse, the world\u2019s first run cinema-eatery-microbrewery.<\/p>\n<p>The West Towne location, opening in late 2018 or early 2019, will be one of several facilities Flix Brewhouse intends to open in Texas in 2018 and 2019 as part of the cinema-dining chain\u2019s expansion throughout the southwest. The pedestrian-friendly, outdoor retail center is spread across 63 acres of land.<\/p>\n<p>Flix Brewhouse will encompass about 38,750 square feet and feature nine auditoriums equipped with parabolic screens, state-of-the-industry digital audio and video, as well as Flix\u2019s proprietary luxury seating.
