Chris Doggett and Ashley Curry will head up the leasing efforts for the first phase of the project, a three-story, 90,000-square-foot office building. General contractor Hill &amp; Wilkinson began construction work on the initial phase in the first half of 2016. The project was financed by an $8 million construction loan issued by IBC Bank, according to Yardi Matrix. Future phases of construction will add 390,000 square feet of office, 50,000 square feet of retail and a hotel to the site.<\/p>\n<p>Located west of the Dallas North Tollway and Stonebrook Parkway intersection, the 20-acre development site is situated approximately 25 miles north of downtown Dallas. The park will sit within a few miles of major office assets, including the Dallas Cowboys\u2019 new headquarters. A wide range of shopping and dining options are nearby, and the property\u2019s tenants will have exclusive use of structured on-site parking.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cStonebrook Business Park is set to deliver a high-end, cutting-edge office experience within one of the most active markets in the nation,\u201d<\/em> said Doggett, senior vice president with JLL, in a prepared statement. <em>\u201cTenant demand is at an all-time high in North Texas, particularly in Far North Dallas, thanks in part to the level of interest from corporate users seeking a value office option.
