HFF represented the seller and procured the buyer\u00a0for\u00a0the 34,174-square-foot office and retail center.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located at 901 and 917 Front St., 23 miles north of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/harbor-goldman-sachs-close-50m-off-market-transaction\/\">downtown Denver<\/a> and nine miles away from Boulder, offering easy access to the Front Range region. The mixed-use asset is part of a retail corridor in central Louisville and is situated near a future commuter rail stop and the DeLo residential and retail development.<\/p>\n<p>Completed in 2002, the two-building asset underwent renovations in 2014 and is 98 percent leased.
