Lisa Bovermann<\/p><\/div>\n

Lisa Bovermann has joined Transwestern\u2019s Healthcare Advisory Services team as senior vice president. In her new position, Bovermann will provide agency leasing services to Houston-area health-care<\/a> clients.<\/p>\n

Previously, she worked at CBRE, being responsible for more than 2.4 million square feet of medical office space. Bovermann has also arranged deals encompassing 1.28 million square feet and valued at $167 million. Memorial Hermann Health System, HCP Inc. and UT Health are just some of her clients.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have been involved in health-care real estate for more than a decade and have had the opportunity to work with many service providers,\u201d<\/em> said Bovermann. \u201cI have always been impressed by how professional and innovative Transwestern has been in the health-care real estate space.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

In another recent deal,\u00a0Transwestern brokered the $10 million sale of the Oak Hill West office campus in Lafayette, Calif., to private buyer Oak Hill Grove LLC.<\/p>\n
