The signing marks the first hotel in Florida for Hilton&#8217;s 14th brand.<\/p>\n<p>The boutique hotel will offer 156 keys and is scheduled to come online in early 2020. The 11-story property will provide guests with access to a rooftop lounge with indoor\/outdoor terrace, state-of-the-art rooftop meeting and event space, a fitness center and 170 parking spaces. The development of this hotel is set to create more than 200 jobs during construction and more than 50 permanent jobs, once completed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt\u2019s time that the dynamic city of Melbourne can boast a welcoming and stylish hotel that tourists and business travelers alike can call home in the historical downtown district.
