A 42-acre site at the entrance to Georgetown\u2019s historic downtown is on course to become a mixed-use development with several restaurants, a hotel and a grocery store. Behind the 250,000-square-foot structure is Austin-based CSW Development.<\/p>\n

Named Wolf Crossing, the project is expected to break ground in April across Interstate 35 from Wolf Ranch Town Center and south of Highway 29.Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites, P. Terry\u2019s, Jason\u2019s Deli, Tiff\u2019s Treats, Pet Supermarket, First Watch Caf\u00e9 and Salons by JC are among the recently announced tenants. Shop space will be delivered in the second quarter of 2019, with the opening following sometime in mid-2019.<\/p>\n

JLL Senior Vice President Barry Haydon and Vice President Jon Switzer are leading marketing and leasing efforts for the Georgetown retail development<\/a>.\u200b<\/p>\n
