The asset, encompassing 115,200 square feet including warehouse, office and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/sd-project-lands-33m-construction-financing\/\">cold storage space<\/a>, is part of a larger, approximately 3 million-square-foot industrial park owned by Global Logistic Properties, according to public records. A Newmark Knight Frank team, led by Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda, acted on behalf of the owner in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 1665 N.W. 102nd Ave. in Doral, Fla., the building is situated at the western edge of a large industrial area four miles west of Miami International Airport, accessible via Dolphin Expressway. The building was constructed in 1997 and features 24-foot clear heights and 17 loading doors. Two large indoor retail assets, Miami International Mall and Dolphin Mall, sit within one mile of the property.
