The firm signed a 15-year lease at the Mitsui Fudosan America Inc.-owned office tower.<\/p>\n<p>The company will occupy the entire 20th floor, totaling 41,900 square feet, which provides an additional 7,000 square feet of space compared to McGuireWoods&#8217; current location. The LEED Silver-certified property offers a total of 2.4 million square feet across 54 stories. Built in 1970, the high-rise underwent cosmetic renovations in 1993 and is home to other major tenants, including DLA Piper, UBS, Natixis, Toshiba and Chase Bank.
