The tenant will fully occupy the 284,170-square-foot Building 2 of the complex.<\/p>\n<p>ICC consists of two buildings completed in 2015 and located at 1902 and 1910 Cypress Station Drive. The facilities encompass 414,016 square feet and are currently 85 percent leased. Developed\u00a0by a joint venture between Copeland Commercial and Hillwood Investment Properties, the project marks Hillwood\u2019s first Houston development.<\/p>\n<h2>Strategic location<\/h2>\n<p>Managing Director Matteson Hamilton and Vice President Jeremy Lumbreras of Stream Realty represented the landlord, while CBRE Senior Vice President Patrick Rollins assisted the tenant in the lease negotiations. McLane Global initially signed a lease agreement for 159,785 square feet in March 2017. The import and export company relocated its food logistics and supply chain solutions business from 16607 Central Green Blvd. to Building 2 at 1902 Cypress Station Drive.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBased on our leasing success, we are planning on starting construction of Phase II in the second quarter of this year,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>said Brad Copeland, president &amp; founder of Copeland Commercial, in prepared remarks.<em> \u201cTenants continue to be attracted to ICC\u2019s direct access and visibility on Interstate 45 and its strategic location to service their customers in North Houston,\u201d<\/em> Hamilton added.<\/p>\n<p>Hillwood recently expanded its Indiana footprint with the acquisition of three <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hillwood-expands-indy-footprint\/\">Class A industrial properties<\/a> in the Indianapolis area.
